By using getprospectlist.com you agree to these terms. The service is intended for business use by individuals 18 or older. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential. One account per person.

3. Free sample licence

Free sample data is licensed to you for internal business use only. You may not resell, publish, redistribute it to third parties, or use repeated sample downloads to reconstruct the underlying database. Samples are limited to three per account per day; attempting to bypass this limit is grounds for account suspension.

4. Paid datasets

We do not process payments on this site. Custom dataset orders are discussed and fulfilled manually by email; pricing and delivery terms are agreed separately for each order.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download the site, or attempt to circumvent the contact-details gate described in our Privacy Policy. If you use any data obtained from GetProspectList for outbound communication (including cold email), you are solely responsible for complying with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and any other applicable law in your jurisdiction. We make no representation that data on this site is suitable for cold outreach in any specific jurisdiction.

6. Accuracy disclaimer

Data is compiled from publicly available sources and provided "as is," without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Businesses change address, phone numbers and staff; we do not guarantee current accuracy of any listing.

7. Intellectual property

The compilation, organization and presentation of data on this site, and the site itself, are the property of GetProspectList. Individual facts about businesses are not owned by us.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetProspectList is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or its data.

You agree to indemnify GetProspectList against claims arising from your misuse of the site or of data obtained from it, including claims arising from your own outbound communications.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including abuse of sample limits or the contact-details gate.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
